John brings extensive real estate investment and operational expertise to guide Sage Communities’ scaling and growth strategy. A seasoned executive with Fortune 1 e-commerce leadership experience, John has been a real estate investor since 1999. His commercial real estate portfolio includes 10,744+ active and sold multifamily units with $1.45 billion in assets under management. As founder of the Texas Multifamily Investor Network with 8,900+ members, John provides strategic guidance across capital markets, operations, and business development.

Brandon Hiett is a Dallas-based commercial real estate advisor focused on capital markets, acquisitions, dispositions, site selection and development advisory. He has worked across land, industrial, retail, office, medical/healthcare, multifamily and residential development-related assignments, helping owners, investors, developers and occupiers evaluate sites, structure transactions and reduce execution risk.
For mixed-use retail development, Brandon brings a practical user-side perspective: the ability to think through the grocery anchor, restaurant pads, medical users, banks, childcare operators, service retail and other tenants who ultimately create value in the site plan.
